Promoting archaeology through education

One of Wardell Armstrong Archaeology’s roles has been to promote archaeology and its practice in the form of education whether through school visits, community projects or field schools.

Archaeology and heritage are part of the community and provide a sense of place and belonging.

Wardell Armstrong Archaeology has collaborated on a number of projects that have been funded by the Heritage Lottery fund and run an active policy of being involved with general community projects.
